Musician Ibrahim Mayanja, often known as Big Eye, has introduced his intention to run for Member of Parliament of Nansana Municipality within the upcoming elections.
The singer revealed he will probably be contesting on the National Unity Platform ticket and believes he’ll win.
“The voice of the individuals is the voice of God. When my president Robert Kyagulanyi @HEBobiwine speaks, it’s a command. Nansana Municipality, your devoted servant for the 2026-2031 time period is right here. Together, we are going to construct a stronger future,” he wrote on social media.
His rival, Eddy Kenzo, has commented on Big Eye’s political ambitions, saying he needs him nicely.
“I have not seen the poster, but when he chooses to go, then no drawback, and I want him nicely in his endeavors,” he defined in an interview with an area YouTuber.
