Last week, General Salim Saleh directed musicians to cease touring to his workplaces in Gulu District for help and handouts.
General Saleh defined that the fixed visits by artists had been distracting his workplaces from specializing in different sectors past music. He suggested them to work with Eddy Kenzo’s workplace on the UNMF and different music business leaders.
Musician and staunch authorities supporter Bebe Cool has backed General Saleh’s directive, stating his full help.
“Personally, I’ve at all times been in opposition to musicians continuously touring to Gulu to ask for assist from General Saleh. I agree with him 100%—they need to cease going there and give attention to the applications already operating underneath the federation,” Bebe Cool defined.
He emphasised that the federal government has streamlined and empowered workplaces just like the UNMF to handle the wants of the humanities sector successfully.
