On Thursday, the High Court, by the Lands Division underneath His Worship Kagoda Ntende Samuel, issued an order prohibiting Suuna Ben and his associates from accessing the disputed land in Bukaya, Wakiso District.
“An interim order is issued restraining the respondent, his servants, girlfriends, or anybody deriving authority from him from canceling the title, promoting, transferring, developing, mortgaging, leasing, alienating, or evicting the applicant or her brokers, youngsters, or servants from the residential property referred to as Busiro Block 435, Plot 759,” a part of the interim order learn.
A visibly relieved Nambwayo expressed her happiness over the courtroom choice, which prevents Suuna Ben and his brokers from accessing the property.
“I’m grateful for the courtroom order, and I really feel relieved as a result of the courtroom wouldn’t situation this order to somebody unjustly. I prayed for this, and God has answered. I’m grateful to everybody who has supported me throughout these troublesome instances,” Nambwayo shared in an interview with an area YouTuber.
Nambwayo added that she intends to return to the home and proceed development herself.
