The State Minister for Gender, Labour, and Social Development in command of youngsters and youth affairs has promised to launch a basis for musicians’ rehabilitation.
Minister Balaam defined that he’ll work along with the Uganda National Cultural Centre and the Minister in command of Culture, Peace Mutuuzo, to safe funding to run the muse.
