Dark clouds loom over Kawempe North constituency in Kampala as their MP, Ssegirinya Muhammad, has handed away.
The information of Muhammad Ssegirinya’s dying was confirmed by the NUP occasion President, Robert Kyagulanyi, also referred to as Bobi Wine, via his social media channels.
“Very unhappy information this morning. Our brother, our pal, our fellow chief Hon. Muhammad Ssegirinya has handed on. Such a darkish morning.
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un!” learn an announcement on Bobi Wine’s Facebook web page.
Ssegirinya had allegedly been battling cancer-related sicknesses for over three years. He had been out and in of hospitals in Kenya and Uganda since his launch from jail.
He handed away on the age of 37.
The deceased Member of Parliament was elected to workplace in 2021 on the National Unity Platform ticket.
