Bukedde TV’s Simo Omunene has been a subject of debate over the weekend after being embarrassed by Bobi Wine throughout a live performance at Serena Hotel.
Upon Bobi Wine’s arrival, Simo expressed happiness in the direction of the NUP President and reached out to shake his hand, however Bobi Wine ignored the gesture.
Simo has since defined that critics are attempting to create a rift between him and Bobi Wine, however they won’t succeed. He added that he’s planning to fulfill with the NUP President.
“Critics simply need to separate me from Bobi Wine, however they will not succeed as a result of I’ve a deep relationship with him,” he defined.
Simo Omunene intends to contest for Mayor of Makindye Division on the National Unity Platform (NUP) ticket.
