Betty Nakibuuka, the mom of Baby Gloria, has been making headlines following her daughter’s proposal.
She initially warned the entire boyfriend’s ex-girlfriends to not intervene within the romantic relationship between Baby Gloria and Jonas Mbaleka.
Betty Nakibuuka has now stunned many by revealing that she hugs Baby Gloria’s boyfriend and isn’t involved about cultural norms.
The mom defined that she is born-again, and Jonas being Baby Gloria’s boyfriend mechanically makes him a son to her, so she has no drawback sharing a hug with him.
“When he comes right here, we hug and share bodily pleasantries. He is my son, and why ought to I be afraid of hugging him? I’m born-again, and I perceive there aren’t any limits to that,” she defined.
Her actions are opposite to cultural norms, particularly in Buganda tradition and African traditions the place it isn’t customary for a son-in-law to shake arms along with his mother-in-law, and vice versa.
