Alex Luwemba Luswa, often known as Muhammad, has confirmed that he will probably be contesting for the Kawempe North MP seat as an impartial candidate.
Luwemba, who was a private assistant to the late Muhammad Ssegirinya, says the individuals of Kawempe North have urged him to run for the place.
He believes there’s a hole in management and considers himself the one formidable candidate to fill it presently.
