Events promoter and now Minister for Youths Balaam Barugahare has warned younger individuals to avoid alcohol and drug abuse.
Balaam defined that youths are more and more consuming all kinds of alcohol and abusing medicine, one thing that may shorten their lifespan.

“Stop falling in love with younger ladies. You are impregnating them at an early age. At 13, 15 years previous, what’s it that you’re searching for?” he stated whereas addressing mourners at Tamale Mirundi’s burial ceremony in Kalisizo, Kyotera district.
