Construction of the primary section of Kabalega International Airport Hoima started in 2018 and is now 96.1% full, with an anticipated completion date of August 13, 2025.
This airport is an important infrastructure undertaking set to drastically enhance Uganda’s rising petroleum business, in addition to tourism and agriculture.
An further UGX 76,085,000,000 is required to finish the remaining actions underneath the Operational Readiness, Activation, and Transition (ORAT) section.
